Natalie is a Nursery Practitioner in Saplings 1.  She has a BA Hons degree in primary education and has 10 years experience working in a variety of children’s settings.  She is a very organised and efficient member of the team. Natalie is a mum herself and is good at reassuring parents. She always gets the best out of children by planning interesting activities. She particularly likes telling stories and encouraging children to read books.

Craig is a Nursery Practitioner for Saplings 1. This is his first year in the early years setting after finishing his Primary PGCE with Maths. It is important to him that every child is taught to believe they are good at working with numbers, shapes and space. Having studied ecology at university, he also wants them to develop a curiosity about the natural world, and encourages them to appreciate the outdoors. He loves the enthusiasm that young children bring to learning and their unique ideas as to how the world works. When not at the nursery Craig enjoys photography, and is an avid fan of American football.

Olivia is a Nursery Practitioner with a level 3 in childcare, play, learning and development. She started at Grace's as a student and joined our bank team whilst studying at college. The children love playing with Olivia and involving her in their play. Once she completed her studies, we were delighted to offer her a permanent position in the team. We have seen her grow in confidence during her time with us.

Maddie has a level two qualification in childcare and will shortly begin working towards her level three. She has previous experience of working in a nursery where she was a floater working with a variety of ages. Maddie has a passion for Special Educational Needs and is a big support to children with additional needs. The children have taken to Maddie quickly and are already involving her in their games.
