Dynamic Dance Sessions!

Diddi Dance partner with Grace’s Day Nursery Ruxley, where their dynamic dance sessions ignite the imaginations of pre-school children. The classes are designed to enhance coordination, rhythm, and confidence in a fun-filled environment.

Each session introduces children to various dance styles from around the world, including salsa, hula, jive, and disco. They incorporate action songs, dancing games, and the use of props like hoops and ribbons, all set to their original, funky music. This diverse approach not only keeps the classes exciting but also broadens the children’s musical and cultural horizons.

Their programme aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, ensuring that while children are having fun, they are also developing essential skills. Activities are structured yet relaxed, allowing each child to progress at their own pace.

Diddi Dance are proud to offer inclusive classes that welcome children of all abilities. Their trained instructors are committed to creating a supportive environment where every child can thrive. The positive feedback from parents highlights the impact of their sessions on children’s social skills, listening abilities, and overall enthusiasm for dance.

Let your little one experience the rhythm of learning and the beat of fun with Diddi Dance at Grace’s Day Nursery Ruxley!

Beam Academy

Yoga and Mindfulness

At BEAM ACADEMY, their early years yoga classes are more than just movement, they’re magical adventures that nurture body, mind, and imagination. Specially crafted for young children, each session is a journey through enchanting story-led themes that capture attention and spark creativity. From flying through space to exploring the jungle, children learn yoga through interactive storytelling, joyful songs, fun warm-ups, calming breathing exercises, and soothing relaxation techniques, including visualisation.
The Beams approach is carefully aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, supporting all key areas of development. Through physical poses and movement, they build gross and fine motor skills; through breath and mindfulness, they foster emotional regulation and resilience; and through storytelling and song, they boost language and communication. Every class encourages curiosity, self-expression, and a deep sense of wellbeing.
Delivered by passionate, fully trained instructors, BEAM ACADEMY’s yoga sessions offer a holistic and inclusive experience for every child, helping them to feel calm, confident, and connected. It’s the perfect way to bring movement, mindfulness, and magic into the nursery setting.
